Criteria for renting a River Ranch RV lot owner direct.

  • Reservations: Your site is considered "reserved" at the time payment is received. Renters & Guests must abide by the rules and regulations of the Association. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Arrangements for late check out can be made. Holidays and special events can require set minimum number of nights. 
  • Lessees’ and/or Guests: MUST check in at the Mustang Center Office to receive their temporary cards and passes for their vehicle(s). The “check in” fee for this service and cards/passes is $5.00 per night or $35 per month and paid at the time of register. All guests and owner lessees will at that time sign and receive a copy of the association’s rules and regulations. 
  • Restrictions: Tents and screen enclosures are not permitted in any phase. Sky decks or roof top platforms are permitted but not to be used. Phase 5; Pop up trailers & Truck Campers are not permitted. Boats are to be no more the 24 feet in length and Air boats are not allowed. All vehicles must fit on the concrete parking area of your lot. Please do not park on other or empty lots.

The owners shall not be liable for any loss of personal injury or property by fire, theft, breakage, burglary, or otherwise, for any accident damage to persons, guests, or property in or about the leased/rented property resulting from electrical failure, water, rain, windstorm, or any act of God, or negligence of owners, or owners agent, contractors or employees or by any other cause whatsoever. Renter covenants and agrees to make no claim for any such damages or loss against owners, but to purchase needed "renters insurance" or to provide self-insurance in adequate amounts to offset any risk. Renter further agrees to indemnify owners against any loss or liability arising out of renters use of the property.
