River Ranch RV Resort is located 50 miles west of Vero Beach and 60 miles East of Tampa. The resort sits at the end of Lake Kissimmee and at the start of the Kissimmee River which goes to Lake Okeechobee. The lake is famous in Florida for Bass and attracts many fisherman.
The resort is divided into three parts. The River Ranch RV Resort, Westgate River Ranch and the River Ranch Homeowners Association. Westgate owns and maintains the amenities below as well as selling time share units. The RV resort is an association run by the individual lot owners and hosts many of their own activities as well as promoting a rental program. The Homeowners Association consists of owners of Hotel rooms, Suites and cottages.
